RB LawCorp is a boutique consulting firm specialising in taxes - direct and indirect and insolvency laws under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC). Rather than spreading across every area of commercial law, we have chosen to go deep in these closely-linked domains, which increasingly intersect as companies navigate tax disputes, tax litigation, and financial distress and restructuring, often all at once.

We advise and represent Indian and multinational corporates on GST investigations, DGGI proceedings, show-cause notices, and appellate litigation; income tax assessments, transfer pricing disputes, and reassessment proceedings; as well as IBC matters spanning resolution, liquidation, and the tax-insolvency interface. Our team appears regularly before Adjudicating Authorities, Appellate Tribunals like GSTAT and ITAT, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India, with a pan-India litigation footprint. We work with clients across sectors, including FMCG, manufacturing, and infrastructure on high-stakes litigation before the highest courts as well as providing GST Health Checkup’s from time to time.

We are not, however, a traditional consulting firm in the conventional sense. RB LawCorp has invested in becoming a genuine participant in the LawTech shift reshaping legal practice in India, building our own in-house software systems including a dedicated case management system that tracks every matter in real time, an MIS platform that gives our leadership and clients data-driven visibility into case progress and outcomes, and an HRMS built to support our growing team as well as for clients.
